- Work with you and your closing attorney to provide check list of closing documents and critical actions required.
- Arrange for you and the buyer to conduct a physical inventory, if appropriate
- Facilitate the closing of the sale and the transfer of ownership with the Buyer, the Seller, and the closing attorneys.
