We offer Buyers and Sellers brokerage & intermediary services, consulting services and professional business valuations from recognized third party specialists. All professional intermediaries of The Robert Hedges Company are Colorado licensed real estate brokers.
The Robert Hedges Company has a successful and proven track history of helping clients buy, and sell businesses. The Robert Hedges Company, acting primarily as a transaction broker, has facilitated the sale and purchase of businesses in a variety of market sectors including retail, manufacturing, construction, media, landscaping, healthcare, food and beverage, liquor store, drilling, excavating, and health and fitness.

We are also a member of The Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI). CABI is a non-profit trade association whose purpose is to promote the education and professional standards of its members and to represent the interests of the industry within the State of Colorado.

Robert Hedges, Broker/Owner
Bob has owned and operated a variety of his own businesses for over the last 30 years, including a linen and uniform rental business (commercial laundry), dry cleaning stores, retail business and a service franchise business targeted to the restaurant industry. He has provided management consulting services to help businesses improve their bottom line and assist in the planning stages. Mr. Hedges started The Robert Hedges Company business brokerage firm in 1995 and continues to manage the company. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries and a member of a Rotary Club in Colorado Springs.
Thomas H. Knops, Broker Associate
Tom brings to the Robert Hedges Company over 30 years business experience with both small and large companies, primarily in the high technology sector, serving in a variety of senior operational management and business development positions. His background includes business activity both domestically and international. More recently, Tom has been a business consultant to small businesses assisting in business formation and planning, marketing, sales and business development.
He holds a BA in Mathematics with a Minor in Business and has taken extensive training in business functions and applications. He is a licensed Colorado real estate broker, and a member of CABI and of the Castle Rock, CO Chamber of Commerce.
